The Barcelona-based band HOLOGRAMMA presents ‘Prometo estar bien’, a new preview of their upcoming record, an intimate and honest song that delves into the emotional silences defining an entire generation.
‘Prometo estar bien’ speaks about heavy thoughts and a kind of loneliness that makes no noise, yet fills everything. It is a sincere portrayal of emptiness, of being trapped inside one’s own mind while waiting for something to change. The song captures the internal conflict of someone struggling against apathy and loneliness, trying to escape through their thoughts without finding a way out.
Musically, the track moves within indie/alternative coordinates, with a nostalgic and evolving atmosphere that mirrors this emotional transition: from initial darkness toward a fragile sense of hope, culminating in a simple yet powerful promise. It is a piece that connects directly with a generation shaped by anxiety, routine, and the constant need to escape.
This release is part of HOLOGRAMMA’s upcoming album — still untitled — a 12-track project that moves between rock and indie while incorporating shoegaze atmospheres and post-punk impulses. The album offers a deeply introspective perspective on human relationships and the connection with one’s surroundings, building a dark fantasy imagery inspired by marshlands, seaside landscapes, abandoned castles, and dense forests.

Originally from Barcelona, HOLOGRAMMA already made an impact with their debut album, ‘Mundos Rotos’ (2024), establishing a distinctive identity within Spain’s indie scene thanks to their direct style, unusual maturity, and strong personality. Now, alongside the label Delirics, the band takes a step forward with this new record, which will gradually be revealed throughout the spring and culminate at the end of 2026.
Throughout their career, they have performed at festivals such as Primavera Sound, Festival Vida, White Summer, Let’s Festival, and Coca-Cola Music Experience, sharing lineups with artists like Ralphie Choo, Sen Senra, and Dorian. They have also played at renowned venues including Razzmatazz, Sidecar, Upload, La Nau, Café La Palma, and Clamores, consolidating a constant presence across both club circuits and festival stages.
With this new release, HOLOGRAMMA reaffirms their commitment to exploring new creative boundaries and connecting deeply with audiences, positioning themselves as one of the most promising emerging acts in today’s music scene.
